What is a Personal Energy Clearing?

Ancient practitioners of Chinese medicine worked first with clearing the subtle energy fields before resorting to more invasive practices involving herbs and needles.

A Personal Energy Clearing gently releases blocked energy caused by stress held within your body, your emotions, and unresolved issues from the past. A Clearing also releases negative energy you’ve taken on from other people, like stressed co-workers and family members.

What does a Personal Energy Clearing look like?

I will meet you over Zoom or in person. We will begin with a conversation about what is going on in your life. Then, while you relax, I will tune in and begin clearing your energy fields. Impressions may come up and I will share them with you. If I am guided to do so, I will add another dimension to your Personal Energy Clearing by using Reiki and/or Oracle Cards. Each session should last about an hour.

When do I need an Energy Clearing?

Although some may experience profound results after one Clearing, a series of regularly scheduled Personal Energy Clearings are recommended for the best results. Every two weeks or once a month, for several sessions, will keep the momentum going and deepen the benefits. The process is like peeling an onion, working layer to layer. Through repetition the layers more easily release. You may notice shifts in how you respond to the world and how others respond to you after a few days, weeks, or months as blockages that have been keeping you stuck begin to lose their hold on how you see yourself and the world.
